DCS Gives to Charities This Holiday Season

DCS Data Centers is committed to supporting causes that are near and dear to our company’s heart. Each year DCS commits to providing a donation to numerous charities, foundations and other organizations that strive to better our communities and support those who fight for our freedoms. The following groups were chosen by DCS Data Centers and provided with a donation on behalf of the Company:

Wounded Warrior Project: $5,000.

Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families. On that date, America watched in horror as approximately 3,000 people died including hundreds of firefighters and rescue workers. Many warriors note a sense of duty to volunteer for the military following these tragic events.

Toys for Tots: $3,000

The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.

The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.

The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.

DCS looks forward to working and supporting these organizations in the years to come and hope that our clients, friends and families will join us in these great causes as well.

Very well done. Data centers are large brick and mortar and steel facilities, that are run by people. It is the people that create a company culture. I never forget that and your company clearly embodies that.
