Our staff maintains a TS Facility Clearance allowing us to work in the most sensitive of areas. We have been contracted as Project Managers, owner’s reps and Project Consultants on many Mission Critical projects across the United States and have on many occasions proven to be a valuable asset to the US government.

Our project managers work hand in glove with RSFO project managers keeping them fully informed throughout all stages of the jobs we participate in with them, providing them with alternative views and thoughts during the whole duration of the projects, acting as a valuable member of their team. Our experience has taught us that the design and construction of highly technical environments require an extraordinary level of collaboration between the facilities departments and information technology hardware requirements, the engineers, product manufacturers, resellers and tradesmen. DCS has found that the design-build project delivery method meets our clients’ expectations for scope, budget, and schedule better than the typical design-bid-build method. We believe that valuable time is lost after costs are increased when design firms are allowed to complete design packages without the input from a qualified builder. By using the design build approach we feel the client has a greater opportunity to meet program requirements with minimal impacts to time and costs. Several of our clients also enjoy our ability to provide competing quotes on long lead equipment and other services, which can greatly improve the total cost on a project, when time is permitted to exercise this option.
