COVID-19 Response

The world is facing a truly unprecedented situation that would have been unimaginable for many of us less than 20 days ago. This global COVID-19 pandemic has deeply affected our families, businesses and communities, and disrupting our way of life in ways we’ve never seen before.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to those that have been directly affected by this pandemic and are sick, we wish them nothing but a very speedy recovery.  We are grateful to the tireless efforts of healthcare workers around the world who are working selflessly to manage care for those most in need.

Second, the health and safety of our employees, contractors, customers and partners is paramount, and to that effect, we were early to initiate a work from home order and a ban on all travel.  Following the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we are asking our employees to reduce their exposure to others, informed them of the general risk of transmission as well as some practical everyday preventive actions.

Third, we’ve been paying close attention to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and as part of ensuring business continuity for our customers and partners. Keeping our operations up and running is critical. We are confident in our ability to respond to the challenges that COVID-19 may present, and we will work hard to ensure that our customers and partners continue to enjoy the same high level of service and support they’ve come to expect from us.
