DCS was hired by HPE because of its vast experience with Modular Data Center solutions to provide rigging and assembly services for their client, a regional bank. DCS set in place an Eco Pod in Sandston, Virginia during a difficult winter season. The details scope of work are outlined below.
DCS provided full onsite project management services and coordinated all trades including but not limited to, concrete pad works, lift services and place services (including detailed safety plan, lift plan and all required traffic controls to make a safe placement) The individuals also acted as the sole point of contact for all design and construction activities associated with the final installation. Our project management team ensured that the personnel and facilities needed for the performance of the contract requirements were made available in a timely manner to meet the established schedule.
The scope of this project was to provide rigging and crane services to set in place an Adiabatic Eco Pod in Sandston, VA. In addition to the rigging and crane services, DCS provided mechanics experienced in the assembly of the pod primary components. DCS provided the following services:
